Cost to Build a Website

This is the basic way that our cost to build a website breaks down: Please note that all your brainstorming, e-mail, hosting, design etc is included in the Website Packages only.. There is no extra cost for this.

The only extra cost you will come across is if you opt to buy more WordTracker credits or C2 pages. However, you will not need to worry about that now, and the least you will pay for those is around $25 US.

We do not under any circumstances purchase the SBI site for you. You must follow the links below listed as SBI, and purchase it there. When we have agreed to working together and a minimum of 75% of the package price is received, then we will require you to send us a copy of the e-mails you will recieve.

Given the recent increase in demand for our services, we have decided to alter the way we offer our services. In light of the current economic times we understandt that many of the packages below do not suit your needs, or you are thinking the cost is not in your bracket.

So, we have decided that we are going to be offering our services on a per hour basis. For $35/hr CDN, we can do all of your website building for you. This does not include the cost of SBI. However, we fully understand that this may be the most viable option for our future clients.

Basic Template : $295
Does not include any services, just your basic designs (header images & logo). (That means no email, no hosting, no nuttin' huney!)

Small Website: $595 + cost of SBI
A small page site with brainstorming, look & feel (Your Graphics), email, optimization and a maximum of 6 content pages.

Basic Website: $895 + cost of SBI
This does include the template or look & feel, hosting, email, domain registration, brainstorming, and site maintenance/changes for up to 6 pages. 10 page total content upload.

Medium Website: $1600 + cost of SBI ***
Covers & includes all the same as the basic website but is site maintenance/changes for up to 15 pages and 20 pages of content. Will have 2 Articles written for you, and posted onto reputable article engines such as Searchwarp.com, or E-zine Articles. (You will receive all passwords and logins.)

Larger Website: $2800 + cost of SBI ***
Again, includes the same as basic & medium sites but over 30 pages of content to a maximum of 45 pages. Includes 4 Articles posted to a article directory.

Google Adsense: $400
Google is free to join, and You can do so on your own. But if you want us to join on your behalf and upload the code and do optimized placement on your new website this is the cost for our services.

E-Book Cover : $110
Need an e-book cover to go with Your site? No problem! We do that to! It does not matter if your book is 4000 pages or fourteen, the cost is the same. Standing up, laying flat, thick or thin, it is all the same! We also include up to 4 changes on the book cover. (If you do not like the look of the whole thing then that would count as 1 change, but if you only want the text changed then that too would be like one change!)

Additional Pages/ Page Changes: $55 per page
If for any reason after we have completed your site and you need additional pages, it is $55 per page. Non Negotible. This also applies if You decide after we have completed your site, that you would like to change any graphics or colours etc. Again, this cost is Non Negotiable.

A few important side notes:

Our Prices are all in CDN (Canadian Funds). Although given todays market we could make more if we went US, but I am a proud Canadian and charge as such. All CDN Taxes are paid by me, meaning that they are included in your cost aside from the purchase of SBI.

***All Sites and Pages will be properly brainstormed and analyzed correctly, in order for them to be best of SEO'd (Search Engine Optimization). There is no gaurantee that you will be #1 on Google, however by us using the correct tools available, there is a good chance you will be in the top 10! And whether you are a offline business or creating a new online one, that means traffic and dollars for you!

Duration: Most sites can be done within 2 weeks, seeing as I have the background experience and already know the program, however if you are transfering in a domain name, the time maybe longer.
This means it is "live" on the internet with content Please understand that Rome was not built in a day and one site with quality content and links cannot be built in one either. If a smaller site to get your toes wet is what your looking for then that too can be arranged.

What goes on the site: Content: When it comes to what is going to be put onto your site.. This is called the content. I prefer if you provide this information for two reasons: 1) If I have to research Your topic, it will take me much longer thereby increasing your cost, and 2) It will sound a lot more like "You" if you write it. You know your topic, and again, if I write it, and You don't like it, I have to change it. Again, that means more cost to you.

I prefer to keep your costs down as much as possible.

Domain Registration: If you already have a domain name and want it transferred in, it's not a problem. The only thing is that sometimes during the transfer, it may go "offline" for a few days sometimes up to a week. We have no control over this. It comes down to the registrar but usually they are very good and have no problems transfering your information.

And Once you have a domain name, you cannot ever ever ever get rid of it. Sometimes there is a small time frame that it can be reversed, but if your sure than you'll never need it!

Why SBI?
There is one reason and one reason only that I will time and time again choose SBI. It's easy. End of story. It will seem like a lot at first but it is quick and easy and at the end of my portion of your site building, You can take it over. That is the main reason. I do not want to have a large part of your online success.

I can help you get what you need to up an on there, but in the end, I want it to be about you and how you did it. I can teach you the ropes and walk you through it but after that your on your own! It's a great opportunity to get out there and strech you "online" legs!

Self Promotion:
Unless you say so or specifically ask us to, we do NOT add a little ticker, tag or anything to your site saying we built it. We only ask if someone asks who did it, you mention us!

Why? I think that there are times when it does not fit the site to have an additional image on the bottom that does not apply, nor do I think that you should have to do self promotion for us. That's all!
